Perrenial have invested $18,293,118 at the 45 cent IPO level.
Ginkgo Bioworks (Bill Gates affiliated company) has invested approx $5 mil at IPO
None of the above have been escrowed and only $30 mil was raised at IPO. None of the above would be selling. Perrenial has substantial longer term investments in other Bio's I know of such as 4DX and DOC. Hopefully this works out better for them.
Microba also has Alium as a substantial holder and Thorney as a large holder.
Luckily we don't have Regal as a shareholder.
With 75% of the pre ipo held stock escrowed it leaves a tight register going forward.
