that's somewhat reassuring! the problem here is that someone with so much financial interest in our company can sell shares from the company and not file it shows that's a pretty poor reflection of someone that's supposed to be batting for us. If it were myself and any of us I think we'd follow the rules and if not, hope another team member would pull it up very quickly if nothing came of it as it paints a poor reflection of the company and being a significant employee you could see this. I do think there is a please explain here and not just a (it's a shareholders responsibility). Thats just shoving it under the bus and showing zero concern.
