agree the Dundee price was @ 44c, they will be motivated to get more than that (especially in this market) and hence also agree their sentiment is that they want more. By adding conditions, they are saying- "present the offer, let's see if there is another suitor"

but if Dundee is out of the vote and Cop has sold down <5%, then who knows what will happen. certainly we have lost faith in the board - but this price is too low.
