The original Galipea notice showed 56,779,867 shares held... this notice states that the lending agreement can actually extend to 67m shares... so perhaps there was a dollar limit reached?
Time will tell if it is enough to see the demerger fail.... market has not reacted well to the approach - 8.24 - we are back at the MCB-Brookfield offer price.
