No this doesn't satisfactorily clarify the situation, if the
high net worth investor bought 25million shares in the placement @ $0.12 and has since bought an additional ( 35,315,813 - 25,000,000 ) =
10,315,813 shares on market making him a substantial holder and the declared amount spent is
$1,831,724.30 it would mean the average price per additional share is
$0.178 cents per share. I'm not a maths genius but I can't see how you pay an average price of
$0.178 cents per share when the share price during the period after the placement until now has not been higher than
$0.155 cents per share.
