There was a either a capital raise, a placement or an on market / off market purchase, the price per share was obtained by dividing the cost being $1,831,724.30 divided by the number of shares being
35,315,813 which equals approx $0.05186 cents per share, quite simple really.
So it would seem there should have been another announcement IMHO.
