After initial stocking orders are into new client and the channel is stuffed ( wharehouse refilled after initia;l stocks goes to shops) inventory goes back to teh regular order process. Only reason to increase or dectrase production or inventory is upcomong holiday periods, more sales, prepareation for end of series and beginning or new etc etc. Just normal business as usual without distortion.
Friends n Australia are telling me all stock is fresh dated and there must be turnover at expected arte a sno older dated stock on shelves. Small smaple size with 2 on east coast and 1 on west. .Photos they send me show just how busy the supermarket shelves are with product so it is a very competitive space. "Discounted" to A$2,8 in supermarket from photo 2 weeks ago so strill trying to create turnover. I haven't checked if they are avaliable through supermarkets online offering but previously were considered too fragile I believe
Results will be interesting as discretionary spending with higher interest rates may come under pressure but in major Yowie markets we are also seeing very low unemployment so ther eis a balance there and likley teh normal buyers are higher socio ecconomoc group? That group moving more online so maybe differently packaged 2 or 4 packs are viable for web orders ?
I have not been keeping up with Yowie online promotion in countries so unsure how their websites are going ?
