Then there's anecdotal stuff.. what I see in sydney's north shore are kiddies who lie about where they got the substantial funds for a deposit - its typically from mummy and daddy and sometimes up to 50% of the cost of the house. These POS's are basically getting intergenerational wealth and acting like they "worked hard for it"

But back to BOQ - been seeing articles that suggest lots of lending to medical professionals so much lower risk - take it with a grain of salt, all anecdotal
