A quick glasnce shows they purchased at prices between $ 8.68 and $ 7.28 ($ 8.37 on 16 March, $ 8.00 on 9 April and $ 7.29 on 24 May). Doesn't that suggest they have been shorting the stock since at least 16 March and they just slipped over the 5% reportable threhold as a major holder?
