I'm also betting that if someone purchased around 6 million shares off market for around 18c, they might have obtained some assurances to make such a purchase seem attractive. For whatever reason, historically the company has spiked out of these very low realms in SP rather quickly and sharply. They might use smoke and mirrors to do it, but that doesn't matter to me, so long as they do it. If it happens to be more than smoke and mirrors, even better.
