    Someone has collected millions of shares to gain a sub notice....

    These shares were not bought on market...Not enough volume or $'s gone through for that amount.

    That leaves a transfer of ownership and has been detailed of being at much higher prices...

    Why would someone pay 18c and 8c when market value is around 3c.

    Can anyone give a good reason to this action?
