Just did a bit of research on the share holding of the new substantial shareholder, from last year’s annual report, they have added a minimum of 3.8 million shares, at what average price?, an educated guess approx 18-20 cents range. It would have to be a minimum spend of $750k, lot of money to throw at a 20 million market cap company IMHO, you would need some degree of confidence in the future of the company.
