Where is your logic in this statement?
"State Street constantly get in and out of at 5% purely to short"
They're holding 5% at current levels in order to sell short?
They would be borrowing if they wanted to short.
There is already around 50M shares sold short.
They have driven the price down to get a good chunk for peanuts.
Pity those who had to sell or were scared into selling their shares.
