What would be the 'good reason' in this case?
I haven't followed events of the past 2 weeks closely due to travel; however, IIRC GS and another bottom feeder (CS?) scared the market Re: Lithium prospects, this tanked many companies, and it looks like the bottom feeders bet on that by shorting.
How is that legal? They issue the BS report, after positioning for a massive SP dip, and magic = profit.
If I did that I'd be thrown in jail. Goes beyond insider trading.
