You imply that you think a cheap price would get up. I hope not for your exact reasoning. There is a lot of compounding value in this stock. If we are entering a low return decade this stock could be a good earner.
I would think that some point in this process the FIRB would stop and think about strategic assets like TGR. I am not so sure anyone will get up and sell this for a cheap price.

I dont have a fair price in mind and even if I had one I don't think anyone on this site other than a few like you could guide us to a fair price. In the event of a bid being lobbed I would expect that other players would enter the race.
For me this is a hold - bot for sale at this time.
