Interesting day today as most fund managers surged and Insignia fell 5% before recovering late to finish neutral. It is becoming inevitably clear that the people in the know are fully aware of the impending report being very negative. That’s the only explanation I can give as everything else makes no sense how the market can value this company at such a low market cap.
