This is worth looking at https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/ZHAOF/company-people there are three Wang's on the board including Chairman of supervisory board and company secretary. The problem I see with Chinese shareholding in the current climate is they can and have been coerced into voting on party benefit lines.
Takeover by stealth and not necessary for the benefit of all shareholders!
