An updated MRE will help, and any increased first year production guidance, plus any new exploration results.
I feel almost sure that a bid will come in the next few months , likely in the 60-80 c range - which is a premium of 50-100 % on recent share price. Most successful bids recently haven't exceeded that sort of premium.
Hopefully, the TIE board are invested strongly enough to reject any such offers, and to convince long term major shareholders that they can do much better if they continue to support the company.
There is every indication that TIE could ? have a market capitalization in the next couple of years in the 1-2 billion range.
