My understanding is the ASX rules allow only two business days to give a SSH notice.
When Collins gave their SSN on the 19th they were 33.5 mm shares over the 5% threshold.
There was very little volume on the 16th, almost all over that must have been after the bad news, it could have been even more than the 33 mm after the bad news. They clearly bought very big on the 17th and 18th.
However you look at it Collins are clearly a conviction buyer, despite that bad news.
Of course you could also infer that had they not been buying big then the sp might have fallen quite a bit lower - ouch.
