Since they’ve obviously bought heavily after going over 5% in recent days I’d say they are having a field day of averaging down too - obviously not spooked by the delay - possibly have anticipated.
I am suspecting a lot in the industry knew the FID was uncertain. FEED teams are fairly large, and just the absence of committing to long lead items, lack of hiring etc would give everyone the insight that go ahead wasn’t certain - as opposed to lots of times when everything is lining up and the FID is but a necessary formality holding back the big commitments. Perhaps the sell off a few weeks back?
