There will be no need to review the BOD because they will all land jobs with pfizer until they retire. I agree with you, not about the 3c if no vote gets up but to me it looks like pfizer have orchestrated this. My gut feel is the vote will pass and pfizer get what they want. In 12 months we will be paying pfizer to use this app. Will be a pretty disgusting end to a promising Australian company.
