To me it looks like Pfizer has called in a favor to Weiss to get the yes vote.
if there was something to know you would think the sell line at 0.205 would be cleaned up every time.
if the no vote does get up I could not see it going too low as it has been independent evaluated at a higher rate.
I woukd like to think that the no vote gets up to see if there is someone waiting in the wings as this would be the time to obtain the tech as Pfizer has had it under lock and key.
I sit on the side lines know as I could not hold on.
it's a great shame it has come to this as I thought RAP was that one that makes all loses previously disappear.
all the best to the ones that can hold.
