This is hilarious, a lot of you guys sprout the $10-30 per share figure, which is years away, but as soon as the market takes a dive and the SP moves south, your all yelling for the CEO's head, like its his fault the world economy is in turmoil.
So what, we have to wait a couple more months to get some understanding of what our costs and profit may look like, maybe the market may be in a better mood then and our SP may go on another bull run.
If you are a Short Term trader, sorry but you screwed up betting on CHN, if you didn't realise your gains prior to the market going on a bear run (for obvious reasons) and if you didn't pick what was coming, you really need to take a look at your trading strategy.
CHN will be back over $10 without a doubt, but its all relevant to the global economy doing a U turn, which in my opinion we are still a long way away from that happening, a smart trader will now accumulate at these low levels and build a strong position for what will come.
Just remember, its all still there and they will find much more as you can see from the latest announcement, no matter wether our SP is at $1 or $50, the value of the ore will not change dramatically over the next 5 years, so grab a few beers (or whatever you like to drink) and watch this Juggernaut explode when the time comes, at this point in time the market values us at a pittance of what is in the ground, but that will change.
There is a reason the stock is getting shorted so often and by so much, a lot of retail soil their pants if they see southward fluctuations in the SP, which just makes it so much easier for them to manipulate the SP to their advantage, which helps them acheive their profits as well as the smart retail money who follow their lead. They don't care wether CHN mine it or not, they don't care if their is $50 or $50M worth of ore, they are only interested in pressuring you out of your shares at a ridiculously low price for their short term gains.
I wonder how many of you were crying (including me) that you only got a 33% allocation in the $3.75 SPP a couple of years ago, do you not realise we didn't have a resource then, but we do now, and a bloody awesome one.
I apologize to the holders that have had to sell for their own reasons, I do feel for you, but everyone else that doesn't NEED to sell, get over it, the value is there at $10 everyday of the week, its just wether or not you have the kahounas to hold.
