Seems legally a latecomer can fly in before the 2nd court date but would seem unlikely as the Board's no shop no talk clause they agreed with Physzier would make it hard to engage with any latecomer to determine they got the loot and give access to data the buyer would obviously want to see and discuss and a new expert report saying it's better and comparing it. And Res certainly aint got the $1.2 mil break-fee to pay should they try and worm out (the new guy would fund it but its added cost to do that and still need face a new vote and possible still get a No). Also time is a big issue as the 2nd court approval usually follows pretty quickly after the Yes vote by shareholders, 6 days in this case. Unsure what the shenanigans are of these big, late players, but I'm pretty sure the jig is up and the deal is done. GLAH (Good Luck All Holders)
