I take back my conditional last post notice , The fat lady may not have sung yet . Full disclosure .I sold around half my holding just prior to the vote and repurchased them after the vote . I was concerned about a substantial drop in price for at least the short term and hedged my investment . My vote was No , and my position remains that RAP should for the most part remain in shareholders hands
