This is unusual and therefor interesting. all my numbers are guesses since data is not readable into Excell and I am too lazy to print it and put it through an OCR. About 50 percent of shares are purchases. And 50 % are "IN Specie" now in Specie have lots of benefits for contributors with large CG. it is mostly done when companies merge or acquired to let stockholders of one company swap shares for the other with no taxes incurred. it does not realy make sense here. I think time will tell us shortly what is going on. Also interesting is State St started buying shares in May. in all that time not one sale. Take a look at any other of these fillings there is always a good mix of sales and purchases. Not saying any of this is good or bad just interesting.
