All the costings for TIE are in AUD, not USD. Gold has actually gone up 10% against the AUD over the last 12 months. So if you are an Australian investor it's looking pretty good.

Remember that if the price of gold goes up 10% then the profit of miners goes up 20%.

TIE costs arent in AUD, everything they spend in country in africa is in some way priced in USD. when they eventually start bringing profit home to australia it will look nicer in AUD but in reality they kinda pay USD for all labour material diesel and will get payed the USD gold price for ounces sold.
