It's a bit of both with Regal ..they have what seems a slightly strange model to most but they like to see every deal in the market ..they are a big fund that holds in a lot of stocks but others they just slaughter if there's not immediate uplift in px and I mean really slaughter. I couldn't fully understand their model so I went out of my way to find out from a couple of brokers who deal for them .
