I'm with the positive sentiment on this stock. Although, I do like REITs in general - ARF is my second largest holding. It's been a boring, but reliable REIT to increase its dividend every year, while cycling into better assets. I wanted HCW in my portfolio as it had the healthcare focus. Unfortunately, I got in when this stock was trading $2+ - so perhaps my timing of the market is questionable.

That said, I took up my entire allocation in this current raising, and the additional 25%. I notice today that I got my allocation, but not the 25%. I assume a lot of people seen this as a good entry point.
