It's very hard to tell. They could have just dropped to 4.9% which resulted in the ANN that they had left and then just got a few more shares again to put them over the 5% so a new ANN was made that they are back. It's almost impossible to know and while it does look like a pattern for the SP (ups and downs) it's really impossible to tell.
