I'm a bit skeptical. I mean how can a $330M market cap takeover a $200M market cap.
It's hardly big fish little fish.
They're more like equivalent rivals.
I wouldn't think Aeris have the capital to pull it off.
Their major shareholders seem to be sticking their noses in but I can't see them accumulating a reasonable share of the company to make any difference (other than revive our lowly SP).
