AIS do have a corner stone investment by SOL though, who if supportive could provide many options. I think if it happens it will definitely look like more of a merger but the more I look into it the more I like it, especially the certainty it would provide in otherwise uncertain times. Additionally anyway you look at it it’s a much better option than a sub 10 cent capital raise IMHO.
