so genius why don't you explain how buying 5% of a 15b company is bad news. And no shorting isn't the answer, because you don't buy shares you want to short, you borrow shares you want to short, sell at the high and then buy back at the low.
Unless, you're claiming BlackRock is buying back shares to cover its shorting position, by that you are implying BlackRock thinks $4.80 is the bottom
