I think a SPP is too much effort to raise $5m. And they needed the money fast. The board maybe thinking to offer SPP or placement to s708s after the strategic review is complete and when a clearer path emerges. hence the lender of last resort Regal once again appeared on our register again. what irks me is why didn't HIO place it to regal at 60-70c and they would have done a great job raising compared to LDA... or just allow LDA to dump the lot when there's demand instead of crashing the SP to 28c for a mere $5m. shocking blunder
