If this dirty works doesn't exist then today's real shareprice should be 45c

Not quite sure how you figured out that random shareprice, why 45c or around $4b, the market cap is the companies value , the shareprice is just a division of it.
So is SYA worth $4b at this point in time, probably not ,its not even producing yet , has constrained income for a while and large amounts of expenditure ahead.

What it does have is large and growing resources of the right product in the right part of the world and who knows what that might eventually be worth going forward, the potential is huge but when and how that gets factored in by the market we can only find out over time....

When your dealing with project that will go on for years with no particular end in sight, today's activities will just be seen as a small blip in the journey and be long forgotten about .
