In Dec BlackRock started mouthing off about a recession as looming, and so are they buying Chn, hiving them off to shorters, for fees, who make a gain from Chn going down during that recession, and BR regaining them before things get chipper again, plus buying more at recession prices. BR don't gain from Chn investment for some time, and although they must believe they will eventually, are playing both the short and long game.
