It's encouraging, but not "sudden". Almitas has been buying steadily for several months, but they only have to disclose that fact when they exceed 5% voting interest. You can sit at 4.99% and never disclose. This is clear from the substantial shareholder notice. They certainly did NOT buy their URF or URFPA from Keybridge group. Substantial shareholder notices are required to show the transactions in the 4 months before the notice -but not earlier purchases ( Form 603/ S 671B). I have only skimmed the numbers- not added them exactly- but the history is roughly as follows
21,061,930 URF 5.52% Ordinary units (about 18.5m of these bought in last 4months)
92,903 URFPA Preferred 5.15% (only about 35K of these bought in last 4months)
