They have to tweak salary compensation ..and they said they are doing it..it is under their control..
1. Bring to pre 2020 level fast ..or pay ok base and great bonus linked to sales...starts with CEO and CFO..
no point being paid 480k and 330k for 13 mln p.a. sales company....it is not food take away business..
2. Get hungry on Salaes ..new .arkets like China ( really great time to be there now) ...India...
3. Get super hungry on continuing innovating on products ( lighter, cheaper - less parts, more standardaized,Ongerup battery life, cloud data)
