GL1 have good management and at least I'd feel good about another company I own getting Pioneer Dome on the cheap.

If ESS management can't extract at least 70 or 80 cents (even that's dirt cheap) for this asset, then they are really poor at their job.

Pioneer dome could be in some sort production (DSO to start) within 2 years if developed by a competent management team.

I vote NO to 50 cents a share and IGO can p!$$ off.

The market has also changed for the better since this bid (even UBS are calling a medium term deficit), so really we should be aiming for at least $1 by mid 2023.

Yes I completely agree. The only reason the share price was languishing in the low 30s is because the management team didn't progress the project and add value to it anywhere near fast enough.

Selling this asset at 50c is embarrassing. I won't be doing that in this Lithium demand climate.
