Never believe a hedge fund is about helping Retail holders.... First red flag from this new substantial holder was the failure to advise the holding within the required timeframe.

Maybe they will help push the price up to a more acceptable level or maybe they will just play ESS over the next cpl of months. The arrival of lots of new posters will be the signal its the latter.
