lazy BOD. MD is virtually untouchable. not up for re-election due company name change. can’t get him via 2 strikes…. ASX rules allow MD to continue.
how does BOD justify the 0.6 mil to Shaw and partners …. To find Regal? fark … I only have a modest amount of shares (500k) if I was a large holder in this company, I would have MD and chair dancing like monkeys.
on saying all that, this thing has been beaten to a pulp, spending the CR money wisely, actually adding some value …. Will get it moving. perhaps 2nd qtr running up to mid year.
