michael giles doesnt normally do a takeover bid historically. seems to do the 19.99% thing and then get involved in building the company up with his connections and then convinces the company to sell to another bigger fish/takeover and makes great returns on his money and moves on. so with a bit of luck, we will see good share price appreciation through new clients (basically a bunch of his mates/network). and hopefully it just snowballs and a few cards happen to fall the way of CCA in usa and aus.
