The fine is usually proportionate to the business size. Lorna Jane is much bigger than HCT and HCTs product did subsequently deliver on the untested statements, whereas Lorna Jane's active wear had no hope. It will be nice to see the back of the Doc... soon. I just wish it was already done and dusted.
