i would have thought with the rental crisis and lack of housing available it would have been a massive up tick for Ingenia.
caravan parks are at a premium and ground rentals for over 50s increasing 2.5% per year plus CPI, as i understand it.
just wondering why the share price is going south at a steady pace.
