Mithra has a substantial stake in Mayne something like 10% shareholding + owns our most important product Nextstellis , we bought ( lease) rights to market and sell in Aust. and the US . Mithra been struggling as we have as well and previously could not afford to take us over when we still owned Metrics but now its been sold off and company considerably smaller + thanks to a few nonsensical decisions made by our new board which contributed to pushing our MC down even further damaging sentiment MC reaching new lows . Mithra could be looking at more than their existing partnership with us all we know for sure since our new board been in place MC dropped considerably and consolidation will keep us down for a while yet . Who knows if our board looking after our interest or not , they have no share interest bar one . We know where Mithra's nominated board member loyalty lies .
