Didn't Mithra get their 10% as"in-lieu payment" for a license to Mayne to sell a particular product?
Is there any reason why this couldn't happen again? ( the stress is on "could'nt not shouldn't)
A lot of issues look pretty bad in the revision mirror, but my observations are that the present CEO and Board are a little more competent than the last. As with all things, they could be better and have obviously made a few missteps.
