Lazard seem to still be well connected to Mayne somehow.....(gotta be Condella) The last time these guys were around they managed to "perfectly time" the FDA approval for E4 and made a killing !! Check out the timeline of them becoming a substantial holder back in March/April 2021. On the 16th of April 2021 with the announcement released, the price spiked to $11.78 If you go back in history and watch Lazards Buy/Sells, youll find a lot of buying up until that date from about March 10th up until the 15th April, the day before the release.They basically controlled the rally from around $5.80 pushing it up to $9.00 ,before flogging the lot into the spike at $11.00 +
Now the reason I find it interesting that they've show up again is this. Mithra have just released(2.00am this morning) the results of the Donesta phase3 study in North America Topline safety results were demonstrated for the treatment of VMS in menopausal women 40-65yrs of age. They are now filing with the FDA for a marketing authorization in H1 2024.
Anybody else see a pattern here !! If they(lazard) hang around on the register ,its all for a reason..... looking at history.
