Hmmm, very interesting.
So Humanforce have 19%, but TAG have 18%.
The TAG offer looks much more compelling now with that shareholder support.
Humanforce have little choice but to move their offer higher, or sell into the offer.
If I was HF, I wouldn’t be waiting 5 days either.
I would be moving quickly before more shares fall into TAG’s hands!!
