I assumed 30% profit for the hauling Co. Used $2.50 per desal liter. round trip 1300km in 16hrs. Haul truck fuel consumption 1 liter per 1km. added cost of wages and maintenance, Tyres etc.
I got $0.30 per ton per 1km.
I assume hauling contract would be around $240,000 to cart 800,000 tons.
DSO ore is a byproduct of mining operation. digging up DSO ore should be already calculated into CAPEX.
Given ore grade is high enough for one of our potential customers this will generate cash, hauling being the major cost.
