Hi Akita… I held Altura shares once - literally just across the fence from Pilbara Minerals (but there was no fence), and the cross border insults there between some posters was probably entertaining for those who engaged in it, but not much more.
Meanwhile at ‘real world’ levels there was ‘sharing and caring’ between the two camps with the AJM guys taking refuge in the PLS village (which had a higher cyclone rating) during storms, and equipment loans sometimes …
(maybe even lending cups of sugar ? )
… Right up until the time the debt-plagued AJM collapsed into administration - a story many had seen coming, even years before.
The two adjoining mines unifying into a single stronger entity was something many also saw as a great idea and if that potential had been worked towards from the start it probably would have saved a fortune in needless doubling up.
I don’t know if a complete merge will ever happen here, but I agree with
@simondj that a solid early alliance could benefit both TMT and AVL in a number of ways one day, perhaps including sharing processing.
And yes to maybe picking up a few shares here one day …. I had just started looking at Graham and his input into Primero - a company in which I hold shares - when I read he had been headhunted by you lot, and was turning away from his days as a “lithium tragic” to becoming a vanadium one…
